I have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Tirupathi on 23rd Jun.10 to travel on 23rd June.10 by Super Luxury service paying Rs.317 using my credit card on APSRTC website. Due to personal problems, i wanted to cancel the ticket and opened the APSRTC website. Though there is a button provided that 'Ticket Cancellation', it is functioning properly. It is the showing the message that 'there is no valid ticket that can be cancelled'. That is only button provided to cancel ticket and that is not working. There is no information on contact in case of trouble shooting. Though they have provided a 'Help' button it is just showing how to book tickets only. By all this, it is learned that APSRTC is intentionally trying to cheat the public by not providing required software and they did not give any contact details, leaving the travellers in their pain. It is obviously be understood that they are trying to make money by cheating those travelers who are utilizing their web services.

Hence request you to action in order to refund my amount and impose a fine on APSRTC for their negligent and cheating behaviour.
