I has a similar horror experience with SKYLARK Hyderabad, These people have damaged my CAR during such an extent that I almost collapsed when i saw the car.
NEVER Believe what their guys say. They do not have any truck of their own.
They are big liars and and are here only to make quick money.

I had booked my household items for relocation from hyderabad in May 2010. They have delivered 8 days late and completely damaged the goods.They will dump your luggage at some transporter's office after packing from your home. After few weeks the transporter will then stuff it in some vehicle already full of other goods.
They have sent my goods through a transporter truck with lots of stuff loaded along with mine, although at the time of booking they said that there will be a separate vehicle for my goods.
At the time of booking they talk so sweetly and once you have made the payment they will not pick your call. Dont believe anything they say. Their staff- Chaderpal and Pradeep will promise everything but later on they will say we only do booking.. we dont know anything else.Their staff and owner are big liars, cheats and frauds. Their owner Rakesh(Delhi) will stop picking your phone. They lied for 1 week to me that the goods will be delivered tomorrow and the truck is standing outside the city.If you ask their executive next day, they say we dont know anything.. we only do the bookings...talk to the owner.
On delivery of damaged goods when i refused to pay balance payment and asked for insurance claim, the driver started shouting and threatening.
If you call after this nobody will pick the call and no one will come to check the missing and damaged goods.
They will just say... this much damage is normal and put the blame on you.
List of damaged goods:
-sofa legs completely broken, leather torn apart.
-bed ply boards came in pieces(Imported bed)
-fridge badly dented.
-LCD television damaged
-mattress is completely dirty and black
-glass table is missing
-suitcases damaged and missing
-Dressing table glass and dining table glass came in pieces
-Kitchen glass items completely broken
-Lots of other stuff broken and missing
Dont ever book from them. They have lost and damaged all my new furniture and household items.

Skylark Packers and Movers moved my expensive teak furniture on 29th of July 2012 from Rohtak to Delhi. Furniture was handled very roughly. Most of it ended up broken as the movers had no idea how to wrap up the furniture. They ignored my warnings that the furniture is very delicate. When I called them to tell about the condition of my furniture, Mr. Rakesh was rude and hanged up. WHAT HAPPENED TO BEING POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. When I talked to the owner of the company, I was told they are going to send somebody to look at the damage. Nobody has shown up yet and I am still waiting. Use the skylark if you want to destroy your furniture and spend money to buy new one. I am highly disgusted with the whole experience. I should have paid attention to the posted reviews. THEY SHOULD NOT BE USING WORDS LIKE "LEADING AND TRUSTED NAME" when promoting their service.

I would also like to share the incident which has taken place with us.

My family shifted base from Delhi to Nagpur. Thank fully our household items reached safely though not completely in good condition..... but around 10 paintings made by my father worth lakhs of rupees have not reached at all..... including my scooter (two-wheeler) ...though it was despatched on 19.09.2012.

We have been trying to contact the owner Mr Rakesh, ever since but in vain. All the landline numbers shared with us have probably changed, no response is recd on email ids and we are still not sure whether the stuff will ever reach or not.

I Request someone to take serious action on this...in which I will also be a part....to teach the cheats a lesson.

Faith is the word..which seems to have disappeared from the world it completely.....!!!
