We reached to your office near Pondy bus stand at 11 pm (12.05.2012) & phoned you on 98242432926 your answer was to wait there for bus.
Till 00.15 nobody was seen at your office hence we phoned again. We also phoned on 9865511926, 9942236926( & Driver's no 8760857577 as per your instructions). At least not less than 50 calls were made till 0330hrs all were not attended. A number of sms were also sent to you.
However, there was no result moreover we were harassed a lot by you.
At last any how we reached to Rameshwaram at 1730 hrs on 13.05.2012 by changing buses at Villupuram, Trichy etc.
With this you are asked to repay our bus fare Rs. 1470-Rupees one thousand four hundred seventy (+ Bank charges) and a penalty of Rs. 20000- Rupees twenty thousand only towards mental & physical harassment made by you immediately within 7 days. Else, a legal action will be taken against you.
We are going to publish this event shortly in all the news papers of south India so that nobody gets cheated by the travelling companies like you.

कभीभी टिकट बुक करते समय- खास कर बस टिकट ऑन लैन बुक करते समय मेक माय ट्रिप से बस टिकट बुक करना ज्यादा सुविधाजनक एवं विश्वसनीय होता है. हमने रेड्बस से टिकट बुक कराइ जिसका अनुभव अत्यंत दुख:द रहा पैसे गए बस न आई जबाब देनेवाला कोई नहीं.. पानडेचरी से रामनाड(रामनाथपुरम) रात को १२३० बजे से युनिवर्सल ट्रावेल की बस का रेड बस की वेब साईट से १४७०(+बैंक शुल्क) देकर टिकट बड़ी तत्परतासे निकला. हम रात को ११०० बजे टिकट में दिए गए पते पर पहुंचे. वहां कोई भी नहीं था अतेव ट्रावेल वाले को फोन किया तो जबाब मिला इन्तेजार करें बस वहीँ आयेगी... १२३० बज गए फिर भी बस न आई.. फिरसे फोन किया तो उसने ३ नंबर दिए.. ड्रायवर का और २ अन्य "महानुभावोंके" सभीको बारी बारी से फोन किया. पहली बार में काफी घन्टिया बजने के बाद गुस्साए स्वर में बस आयेगी ऐसा जबाब दिया.. राह देखने के बाद १५ मिनिट बाद फोन किये १२३० से लेकर सुबह ३३० तक ५०-६० फोन किये कोई जबाब ही नहीं दे रहा था -नतीजा कुछ नहीं और परेशानियाँ बढ़ने लगी.. आखिर कार हम सरकारी बस स्टेंड पहुंचे वहांसे विल्लुपुरम (लगभग ४० किमी ) की बस में खड़े खड़े सुबह ६ बजे आये. फिर वहांसे त्रिची(१६० किमी) की बस में बैठकर सुबह १०३० को त्रिची पहुंचे. ११बजे त्रिची से रामेश्वरम (२८० किमी) की बस में बैठे और निर्धारित समय से १२ घंटे देरीसे शाम को ५३० बजे रामेश्वरम पहुंचे.. तो रेड बस वालोंका sms और मेल आया - प्रवास कैसा रहा. मैंने खरा खरा जबाब भेजा तो उत्तर आया हम क्यां करें-- आपनेही उचित और विश्वसनीय ट्रावेल वालेका चयन नहीं किया हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते.

Price update I booked a ticket from Pune to Mangalore on 11.06.2012 and the price was 1000 at that time in NEETA TRAVELS which starts in pune at 6.45 p.m. Now the price had been reduced to 900.. Advantage of earlier booking is to have confirm seat and less price. But this is against that. I cannot understand this thing. Please clarify me.

Time given on for online booking does not matches with the actual as i have booked ticket from nagpur to hyderabad for july 09,2012.the departure time mentioned on the site was from 09.30 from ashirwad baidyanath chowk, however in actual it was from 08.15 or 08.20 , so due to this wrong update i missed bus on that day, on that day i didnt get any source to go to hyderabad, and also i didnt get the proper response from the bus driver, i tried to catch the bus from Chatrapati square, bus again due to wrong feedback i didnt catch the bus and loose my one day. i want the proper justice in terms of my money.

This is Praveen here I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to dharwad from the date 10/08/2012 from s.s travels the redbus confirmed the ticket
on the time of departure the s.s travels telling that your ticket is not booked by redbus
So I contact ed to redbus customer care but no use of it simply the waste of amount the I booked vrl ticket from vrl counter...
So please kindly be aware of redbus cheaters worst services from redbus

Hello Sir/Madam,
I had booked two tickets from redbus.in on 14th of August 2012. The tickets were from Kolhapur to Pune and cost of each ticket was Rs. 330.
I applied a coupon of Rs. 50 on each ticket so each ticket cost me Rs. 280.
Then on 15th of August 2012 I cancelled the tickets at around 9 am. And journey time of tickets was at 12.50 pm on 16th August.
Cancellation policy for this journey was as below. I received this with my e-tickets
Cancellation Policy: For Neeta Tours and Travels:Between 0 hours to 4 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 100.0%.
Between 4 hours to 8 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 85.0%.
Between 8 hours to 12 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 75.0%.
Between 12 hours to 24 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 65.0%.
Between 24 hours to 48 hours before journey, the cancellation charge is 50.0%.
Between 48 hours to 2 days before journey, the cancellation charge is 25.0%.And, above cancellation charge is 10.0%.
So according to rules they should apply cancellation charges 50% that is Rs.140/- (280/2) and return me Rs. 140.
But they applied the cancellation charges Rs. 165 and returned Rs 115 to me for each ticket.
"When I written an email to redbus.in I got reply as
The cancellation charges will be deducted on the Transaction amount i.e Rs.280/- and the cancellation charges will be calculated on the ticket fare i.e Rs.330/-
Hence we have refunded you Rs.115/-"
This method of calculating the cancellation charges is written nowhere in there terms and conditions.
Please suggest a solution for this.

Listing very bad bus services in redBus website http://www.redbus.in Hi Sir,
I am staying in Pune and my brother visited to my home for my son Birthday. He wants to reach Bhubanesware by 16th due to some urgent work.
Due to unavailability of train ticket, i booked a bus ticket (PNR: SAHPKRS82799466) from pune to Hyderabad and a tatkal ticket from Hyderabad. I booked Sahara bus (using redBus) starting from Hadapsar and reaching Hyderabad by 7:30 AM, so he can catch Train from Hyderabad at 10AM.
The bus staring time was 8 PM but, start at 10 PM from Hadapsar last night and till now (16th 8 AM) it is 200km away from Hyderbad. What a service!!! How long the people will seat in the bus to reach destination

Please ask redBus to remove those bad bus services from their website. Why they are cheating innocent people and playing with with their emotion & life.
I will request all reader not to booked Sahara Travels Bus.

I also want to write a complain against Red Bus, regarding their unresponsive behaviour. My main aim to save others money and time and think before booking bus ticket in this kind of service.
I booked my ticket during travelling Kodai to Madurai. My train ticket was not confirmed, since Madurai is totally new place for me I thought to book ticket to avoid any hectic situation ahead, but I don't know that this is my biggest mistake.
I open browser and searched bus in Red Bus site. I booked two tickets from Madurai to chennai. During booking I did not notice the travel Agency, I thought all details will come in the ticket. When booked I noticed in the ticket only Ticket Number, PNR Number and the Boarding Address given, since I was new I though that's how they are giving ticket. I reached Madurai from Kodaikannal well before the departure time(around 9 PM). I started searching through near by people of the boarding address. Finally I reached to one travel agency named -Jaisurya Travels. I shown him my ticket and he confirmed about it and told to wait. I double check the ticket with Travel Agency and they confirmed and told again to wait. I latter come to know that the bus is late and I have to wait till 12AM. At last Chennai bus came and I tried to board. When I went inside i found that there is no seat vacant. I surprised and ask the bus conductor. At last come to know that this is not the correct bus I am trying, I shocked and about to cry. When I tried to call to RedBus they told please call 10:30 morning, hight of stupidity. After that other person from Travle Agnecy told you are at the wrong address. That was a horrible night for me. At last I went to Government bus stand at 1:30 AM and got bus for Chennai.
I don't know exactly whose mistake, but one thing is sure this happened due to unresponsive service of RedBus. They are just seating to take money in their pocket.
They are not taking care after that. First of all why there is no any details about Travel Agency or Bus number. My intention is to reach this message to RedBus and Government to stope this kind of service if they are not capable. Let me know if you need further information.

Complain against Red Buses , Route - Pondicherry to Chennai I faced the similar kind of problems today and really now think that Red Bus agency is a cheater agency. I booked ticket from Pondicherry to Chennai from one of the travel agencies in Chennai ( they are really good) . On the ticket it was written that the boarding pint would be opposite Pondicherry University. The time for boarding the bus was mentioned as 4:50 AM in the morning. So I was forced to book one Auto Rickshaw for Rs 350 previous day to take me to the Pondicherry University on time so that I can catch the bus. I moved there in dark and in rain to stand up in front of Pondicherry University. No one was there to communicate in that dark (Only the lights comming from within the University). It was really invisible to track certain vehicle from long distance to check my Bus was coming. No vehicle ( including Bus, taxi, midi bus) were stopping there. I waited there for long 1 hour and 15 mins and no such AC Volvo bus did come. There were only the security Guards from University were helping me spotting the vehicles from long distance ( so kind of them) . I waited upto 6:10 AM ( The bus departure timing was 5:30 AM) and then with the help of one of the security Guard to get me boarded one public transport bus coming to Chennai and I had to book one ticket for another Rs 97 to get into Chennai. Neither the Red Bus showed up nor they gave me any call about the confirmation. I myself tried one number which was printed on the Red Bus Ticket but surprisingly found that number does not exists anymore ( what a shame, even they did not update their number so the people can be cheated easily).
I think strong complaints should be raised against the Red Bus Authority immediately otherwise they will keep on cheating people like this way.

Complaint against Redbus I have booked my tickes through redbus for Sahara Travels. The Bus was between Pune and Hyderabad on 7th December, 2012. The bus had to start at 7:30 pm but did not come till 11 pm. Sahara Travells executive promised that a 100 percent refund would be given in 7 working days time. But I did not get a refund till now.

Worst= cheat=bad=redbus I have booked a ticket in redbus.but the bus cancelled by redbus.
Till now i didn't get any refund.I am keep on calling HELP line of redbus and sending mails to their support but NO RESPONSE.It...
