Hi All,
I had booked bus tickets for my travel (Guruvayoor to Bangalore 18th April, 5:30 PM) and subsequently I cancelled it on 16th. I spoke to the customer care at around 8 PM on 16th and send across an email on
16th midnight (17 th 12:08 AM) . Subsequently I have had multiple email exchanges and discussions with
their customer care.

I have sent across the email time stamps to clearly let them now that I have placed the cancellation request
more than 24 hrs before the actual travel and I am entitled to 90% of the bus ticket (Rs 1100).

I have tried my luck and provided nearly a month to resolve this and donot see any action from
Akbar Travels. I would like to raise a complaint at the consumer court. Please let me know the procedure.
