i am also one of the victims. One day i received a parcle containing a plain reebox watch worth of rs just around 2000
and some gift vouchers of travel port which will be useless to me.
At the same time i credit card was debited to rs 5000,
This company should to be punished and the owners should be arrested to further stop this

I also received same call today...I asked them to call me tomorrow so that I can check on net.... Now I am not gonna deal with these guys....otherwise I have made my mind..... This site is really helpful...Thanks.

I have been chested by Club Leisure they offered very attractive prices and free vouchers to stay at five star hotels all over India and also abrode.
They called several times and took my credit card no amoubt of Rs4999/- was charged from my credit card and then since then they are not contactable as they use to call and I NEVER HAD THEIR NOS.
They sent invoice and surprisengly there is no name of the company raising the invoice.
All detailes mentioned are my details no details of the company taking the money is traceble from the invoice.
I wonder that the credit card company doesnot give any details of the person taking money from them on our behalf so it is possible that the credit card company would be helping such frod persons without knowing or knowing i do not know .
but one thing is certain that I am cheared and so many more must be getting cheated in this manner

Hello everyone,

I just got a call from this unscrupulous company and i was asked to do the same things. But the very suspicion arrives from the offers that were on roll by paying a small amout of 5000. I clearly told them that i do not trust the offer and the company. Upon insisting, i said i would go through the company website, an email describing the offer, and only then make a payment (that too not online but offline). As expected, neither did they emailed, nor i found any website which mentions about such an offer. All i could find online was a series of compliants about fraud cases.

I agree mistakes do happen. But common people... arent you aware about such marketing tactics and dubious companies?? How can you guys be so casual in giving out your imp bank details or card nos to some unknown person. These are basic things which every card-holder must be aware of... dont you think so?

Pls maintain caution... and never...NEVER...give out your card details to anyone... even if that involves losing out on a said offer.

Its odd that even after so many complaints here the Banks do not want to cancel the IVR merchant code for the merchant.

i received a call today from these people. i told them to call later so that i can check on net. they offerd wrist watch plus travel vouchers etcetc. and by seeing this link i realised that i made a good thing that i did not respond to them. do not respond and disclose any details of credit card.

I have received the Dining Plus card on 12th Jan'12 after much waiting, thinking that it would benefit me for my needs. During my conversation with Javed and Ritesh on 19th Dec'11, they have informed about the benefits which I would avail by using this Card at the outlets in India and Abroad. I have clearly asked them whether this card is valid in Big Bazaars and other outlets where the provisions are available as I usually purchase the same in these outlets too often. They agreed to it and said that this is valid in all the Big Bazaar outlets and upon their commitment; I have opted for the card. I got shocked after seeing the booklet and the outlets they offered in the same. None of them are beneficial to use. When I called up the customer care @ 011-45738585, the lady has started convincing me about the card benefits and totally ignored my complaint. I have clearly informed about the call happened with these guyz from Club Leisure. She then put the call on hold and disconnected it eventually. When I tried calling the no. again, never got hooked and the IVR was running for ages. THIS IS PATHETIC. If you do not have guts to answer our call/queries, pack the things and shut down your services. I cannot take this as granted. It is our hard earned money which is going to unethical corporate units which are not deserved running the business. They should be black listed and banned from doing such uncultured cheap way of mounting revenues for their units.

I sincerely request the concerned department to take immediate action on those who has misguided me from taking this unusable card of my wish. I need my money back or offer me the benefits which were promised.
