    Post No refund from makemytrip - Very poor service and intent to harass

    I had booked tickets on the DEL-RAIPUR and RAIPUR-DEL sectors for travel in Jan'10. These were originally for 2 adults (Prabhjit Singh Didyala,M36; Gunamrit Kaur, F32), one child (Anhad Singh, M4) and one infant (Ekam Singh, M1) - Same 4 people both ways.
    Subsequently I cancelled ALL tickets for DEL-RAIPUR sector and cancelled 3 tickets for RAIPUR-DEL - Only I, Prabhjit Singh Didyala traveled. All tickets were booked using my credit card.
    The call centre executives have confirmed that I should get a refund of approx Rs 12,515. However I have received only Rs 6,929 till date -
    On 6th Jan - Rs 4,496; On 19th Jan - Rs 2,396; On 27th Jan - Rs 37

    As requested by the telephone executives, I sent 2 credit card statements by email to the service@makemytrip.com email ID, that cover this period which clearly show that I have got back only Rs 6,929/-

    But, I have still not got back a refund. I have made 3 complaints to the service@makemytrip.com and about 20 phone calls (with each call lasting between 20 min and 45 min induration). The call centre people just sympathise and ultimately mention that as per their records they have made the payment and that it is my fault that I have not got the payment. Remember - Each time there is a new call centre executive to whom I have to explain the entire case, each one of the takes a minimum of 10 min just to check the info, each one then goes to fetch additional info for about 10 more minutes, and each one assures that there will be a call back within 48 hrs, and no one can make sense of what I had told the last person I spoke with because the call is now connected to a different location.

    It makes me very upset to note that a company like this can push around people just by making it extremely inconvenient for them to interact with them. I want to now file a legal case against this company. How should I proceed.
