We were travellin in KPN non AC bus no KA41 9399 from Bangalore to Marthandam on 25th feb 2010. The bus got break down some time around midnight and the authorities just washed their hands and made us to travel by standing on other buses. They gave a deaf ear to our plea and we are really upset with it. Please make sure that such issues are addressed at the earliest to satisfaction. There were very old people and small kids in the bus and we have been waiting in the road from more than 2hours in this midnight :-(
