dear sir/madam,

i kailash kumar gupta bought a ticket to ratangarh from holiday
appeal parshant vihar the reff no is dec7/b029/04.the bus time was 8.30pm and
pick point is 2shah bhawan chamilian road back side fire station filmistan
karol bagh.i reached there at 7.45 and i met with mr hemant he told me tht bus will
reach here by 9.30 so u can wait here.i waited there mr hemant leave office at 9 and
told a worker tht he will help me to catch the bus but bus will nt rached up to
10.30.when i m going to leave the office and call holliday appeal regarding tht they
abusing me then i decide tht nw i will nt go with this bus.the bus reach arround
11 they misbehave with me and then i left the bus and going to police station
but they catch me and brought me in there office and beat me due to this my hand is
fractured.nw i wana help and due to them i face a loss of 2lac in my business.plz
help me in this and where can i contact in this regard.thankskailash kumar
