ORDER
Justice Arun Kumar Goel (Retd.) President.
1. When this matter came up for consideration today it was stated at the bar by learned counsel for the complainant that his client has received sum of Rs. 14.75 lacs in full and final settlement of his claim, as per settlement arrived at between the parties out of court. In view of this development Sh. Negi further submitted that he has instructions to withdraw this complaint as the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.
2. In view of this statement made on behalf of the complainant which is supported by Mr. Thakur on behalf of the opposite parties, this complaint is dismissed as having become infructuous in view of an out of court settlement and payment of Rs. 14.75 lacs by the opposite parties to the complainant.
3. Learned counsel for the parties have undertaken to collect copy of this order free of cost from the Court Secretary as per Rules.
