Hi,

I have shifted my house hold good from Hyderabad to Noida on 22 sept by Concord Cargo located in Hyderabad. I have received their contact no from Just-Dial and I called the person and received the cotation. The company provided me insurance of all house hold goods at 3% of declared value. The delivered goods was in very worst condition as promised at the time of pickup. Some of items are damaged my Bike was miss-used for 500K.M. personal purpose. The most important my Chairs (valued 2000rs) and Double-bed parts (valued 5000rs) are missing.

The Insurance provided was on company's own document. No insurance policy was provided for the insurance.


Now whenever I am trying to call them they don't pick up the call and when pickup the call they pass bad mouthing and abused bad words.

Please assist me to get the claim for the items missing.
