Hi,

I shifted to Pune from Banglore on 10 Oct, 2009. and my bike and some other household items were sent by Anand movers and packers company. while giving these items i was told that it is door to door delivery and you will get the itmes on 19th Oct , but when i dint receive the items on 19 th i called the guy whose name is Mohanlal(9341186081) who gave lot of assurance at the time of booking told that it will come in two days but not came and i had to make lot of calls and then finally i got a call on 27th from some other movers and packers from pune that they have got the items in their goddown and i need to collect it from there as they can not send it to the given address and if i want them to send they will charge 300 rs for the same. when i told him that i have already paid the whole amount for door to door delivery , but he was not ready and said that the Anand movers and packers are fraud and he is doing a favour to me by sending it.
so having no other other options i did the same thing and those guys came to my given address with the bike . so when i saw my bike it was in terrible condition with six punctures and tyre was also gone.
and while transferring it has got lot of scratches and indicator broken.

i tried to write a mail to thier head office it is getting bounced and unable to contact them also as you asked in other posts to lodge a complaint in consumer forum , please let me know how we can do that.

I want the total amount for the damage and want them to learn a lesson so that no one goes through this kind of trauma.
