Dear Sir,
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pune using redbus website. I was really very disappointed by the details printed on the ticket due to which I wasn't able to catch my bus from Banglore to Pune on 19th October '09. The VRL Travels is also not willing to refund the ticket money.

My Grievances:
I) Clearly, the BOARDING POINT for the bus is mentioned BANGALORE. Anyone who is new to the City would never expect that the actual Boarding Location (DAVANGERE) to be present 265kms distant from Banglore.
II) All terms and condition from redbus end are displayed only after booking the tickets.
III) There is only one phone number provided per city which is hard to reach most of the time. Also, on 17th Oct '09, when I called to Bangalore Helpline(080-394-12345), it was out of reach.
Both of them RedBus or VRL Travels have turned deaf to my request on claim of refund money. Please help me.
regards,
Shankar

Thank you very much for the advice.
I mailed my complain to both the companies. First they tried to put all blames on me but then after 10 days of rigirous follow ups I finally got refund amount. But there was no compensation regarding the inconvinence caused to me on the day of journey.
Please let me know how to makes these companies more responsible towards their customers.
Regards,
Shankar
