I am one of the victims who suffered with the worst service that I have ever got. I got my goods "DAMAGED BADLY". You can understand the meaning of BOLD LETTERS. And the top of it my items are missing. And these guys are not taking any responsibly. I availed service of Sandeep Packers and Movers, Pune to shift my household items from my residence in Pune to Delhi. I was promised that the complete movement will be door to door; directly from my Pune address to Delhi address and there will not be any loading/unloading in between. The truck will start from Viman nagar Pune and reach at my above said address in Delhi directly. For this i was even charged extra money.

At the time of discussion I was promised safe delivery of all my household items by you. As per our discussion the goods were transported from Pune to Delhi. The consignment was delivered to me on 2nd October’09.

While receiving the goods I noticed following deficiencies in the service.

The truck which was carrying the items was a local numbered truck; which ultimately means that contrary to the promise made to directly do door to door shifting from place of pickup to place of delivery) the complete household items have been unloaded and again loaded to different vehicles during the transit.
The packing has not been done properly due to which most of the items were broken or had multiple scratches and major dents, which would be difficult to repair (List provided below).
Many Items were broken (List provided below).
Some of the items were not been shifted at all.

I have stopped the payment of the remaining 5000 rupees to them.

In all following damages have been made.

The Steel Almira has multiple major dents on both sides.
The front top of the Almira has been completely destroyed beyond repair.
The refrigerator has multiple major dents and scratches on the front side.
The wooden top of the TV Trolley has been broken from one corner.
Two wheels of the TV Trolley is broken.
Back of the Microwave oven has multiple major dents.
Middle glass of the Dining table is broken.
Glass of the picture frame (two frames, one big and other small) is broken.
Glass of the wall clock is broken.
Many crockery items have been broken.
The assembling of the Bed, Dinning Table and Center Table was not done by them.
One Leg of the center table is broken.
Aqua guard has been left in Pune, due to which I have to buy drinking water.
Although i had paid for unpacking, it was not done by them, i had to myself do unpacking for the items

This has been informed to them (by phone on their mobile no) and to their staff members (face to face discussion) here in Delhi office but no effort has been made by them to rectify.

Also the Insurance papers for which I have paid separate money has not been given to me.

I have called them several times, each time i am told that they will do it by eveing, but never turn up.

I have also mailed to them all these details but they are not responding to my mail.

I have also threatened them to drag them to Consumer court, but to no effect.

Please guide me how to proceed, i am ready to file a case against them in any forum if required.

I am writing this complain when i am completely in despair and frustrated with the manner in which the Sandeep Movers and Packers have handled my bike ( BAJAJ AVENGER'S ) transportaion from New Delhi to Pune which was loaded on 30th of OCT 2010 and till date hasnt been delievered to me.....Bill no given to me is ( 767) the bill date is 30th oct 2010.......The contact numbers of these people are
1) Rakesh Kataria/Rohtash kumar (9899717057)------he is the guy who loaded
2) JP Sharma----9860727037--------he claims he is the malik

These two guys and everybody else is a fraud.......Please community member Guide me what i can do...Even the possiblity is that my bike is either stolen...or u never know they have changed the orignol parts ....cant rule out any possiblity.....Also tell me the legal route.......Something must be done to stop this menace......And all others never choose this company...Never ever..........Will COntacting Police help........I can go to any level to teach these guys a lesson..........

i had my household goods shifted from pune to mumbai recently through your agency. mr.pradeep and some other fellow from pune office had done the packing. i have encountered very unprofessional behaviour. the guy who had come for packing was literally throwing our utensils in the boxes,and broke my cup before packing.On enquiry earlier we were asked to pay 70% of the bill in pune and 30% in mumbai, but after packing we were asked to pay the full amount in pune only. after reaching mumbai there was only driver and no other person to remove the goods due to which my father had to help the driver remove the scooty and washing machine as well as take it up four floors.moreover they lost my scooty keys. then they asked us to pay 2000 rps as octroi charges without even showing us the octroi bill.at night 12 we had to hear a very bad language from the executives when asked about why the bill is not been shown to us..hereby i wont recommend anyone to hire sandeep packers and movers.. a highly disappointing experience.

I had similar experience with these fraud people. PLEASE BEWARE. DON'T deal with SandeepPackersMoversPune if you want safe and sound relocation.

1) Don't go by there website or there client list. It is far away from truth. totally misguiding.
2) Don't believe a word to what there people commit ( Pradeep in Pune, Rajesh in gurgaon, jai prakash). All there commitments are WHITE LIES.
They have no tracking system
They don't care for safe delivery
They don't deliver on said date and time
They will always send your items in sharing no matter what they commit.
They won't unpack and carry back the waste packaging material.

3) They are no professionals but a bunch of truck drivers turned into this business. They will give you a harsh time dealing with them.
4) They don't care for your items, time and money and are in market to lure you and then to loot. I assure you they will misplace/damage at least one of the things.
5) They have different attitude when closing a deal and and when delivering goods. They will assure you about there "quality service" but end up Misbehaving with you.

Even if you missed going through reviews and unknowingly hired them I would say if possible cancel the deal that will be a smaller loss compared to what they can cause all through the assignment.
And those who have availed the service and experienced same as all above please do write your experience/feed back here. it will help many others in deciding right for them.

Pl refer our tecon discussion. I have booked your company for packing, transportation, unpacking and re-assembly of my house hold article from Pune to Dwarka, Delhi. Your company rep. Mr Pradeep Kumar gave assurance in writing that my house hold articles will reach Delhi within 5 days, without any damage/theft/loss and company will be fully responsible for the same. However, your rep not only improperly packed my items but also delivered it to Delhi on 2/4/2013 which was dispatched on 26/3/2-13. After reaching, it was found that following items were found in damage condition:
1. Study table 2. Book shelf 3. Dewan 4. Steel shelf 5. Dessing table 6. photo phrames 7. dining table
Besides following itemes were found missing.
1. Laptop 2. Breif case
Your Delhi office rep. only partially unpacked my items and did not reassemble.
In this regard, I HAVE MANY TIMES TALEPHONICALLY intimated to Mr Sharma, Mr Pradeep Kumar but nothing has happened. I am very sorry that Person like Mr PRADEEP KUMARE WORKING (LIAR, GIVEN FULLY FALSE COMMITMENT ORALLY AND IN WRITING) in your company. There is zero customer satisfaction/service attitudes.
Today, I am suffering because i have booked your company for my item shifting.
If u can do anything then pl find out my Laptop and Brief case and if u can arrange repair then pl do it. I am again requesting you.
