I had purchased 4 tickets from chennai to ervadi bearing booking id:BS01307008 and 4 tickets from ervadi to chennai bearing bookind id:BS01306025, later due to some problem i cancelled the tickets from parveen travels website on 04.05.2012 but the amount is not yet credited to my account. The details of booking are :
1. Booking ID: BS01307008, Chennai-Ervadi, Dep: 05-05-12 7:45PM, Seatno: 07,08,09,10, Amount: 1,960.00 INR.
2. Booking ID : BS01306025, Ervadi-Chennai, Dep: 06-05-12 6:15PM,Seat no: 30,29,28,27, Amount: 1,960.00 INR.
i had also mailed to the customer care of parveen travels, but no single reply is recieved from their end. even they were no attending the phone call also.the refundable amount may kindly be refunded after debiting 10% charges. kindly look into this matter do needful action immediately.If proper & satisfactory reply will not given within 7 days from the date of this email I have to think to go to concern legal authority to lodge a complaint against your firm for compensation for our mentally & physically harassment because of your miss-management
