Please dont use Om International and Ganpati Packers and Movers. They are fraud.

COMPLAINT AGAINST BEST PACKERS AND MOVERS,PUNE

In the month of May 12, I contacted Best Packer & Movers company to shift my household items to Bangalore.



As per my requirement the shifting was decided to be done in two phase.



First - The shifting will be done till Magarpatta City (from Samrat Swastik, Near Mega center, Solapur Road to Magarpatta City - Total 2 Kms)


Second - After 1-2 months, the items will be shifted to Bangalore from Magarpatta city, Pune.


Mr Naveen Joshi gave me the quotation of 22,000/-.


I paid 2000/- as advanced & 10,000/- on the day when the items got shifted to Magarpatta city.


However, my transfer to Bangalore got cancelled and and after 1 month I called Naveen on 20th July 12 (Friday) and requested to shift the items to Kumar Paradise (Magarpatta City) from Laburnum Park (Magarpatta city). (Just 1 Kms)


Naveen Joshi asked me to pay for the transportation charges. I informed him that I have already paid 12,000/- and requested him to adjust this second phase of shifting in the same amount. Naveen told me that he will check and get back to me.


I called on Saturday again and he said that he has send the mail to the Head Office in Delhi and will let me know at 11:00 AM on Sunday.


I called him 11:30 AM on Sunday and he told me that he will call me after 2 hrs.


I called at 02:00 PM and he started disconnected my calls. Than I called My Rajesh in Mumbai and informed him about the issue and he conference d the call with Naveen.


After listening for sometime, Naveen disconnected the phone and when i called him back he started misbehaving and abused me and dis conned the call.


As per Naveen, I have to pay 3000/- more as transportation charges.


Do you thing it is worth of paying 15,000/- for shifting items within 3 Kms?



There is just a single quotation made for the items to be shifted till Bangalore so how come BPM can consider the amount of 12,000/- for shifting items till Magarpatta city & can ask for 3000/-
