BEST packers and movers, Pune

We relocated from Pune to Ghaziabad on 09th Sept 2009 and we entrusted "BEST Packers and Movers" from ******Pune to move our household items. They were supposedly a 'reputed movers' in Pune. Soon after we paid the 85% of money (Rs. **20475) before loading the items in the truck they showed their true colors. They packed many items without consignment number and put many boxes without proper packing even after many requests. They told us that the goods once packed and put in truck will be opened only at destination but when later contacted and inquired by their employees, they said the goods were loaded/unloaded 3 times before reaching our home. The goods are delivered in 2 parts on separate days.To our horror we received our goods in damaged state which were transported in an open truck with other heavy machinery. Our double bed ,Gym cycle,computer chair, all wall hangings (paintings/photo with glass frames), computer table, mattresses and many other small items are in a completely broken/torn state. Most of the boxes were also torn and in opened state.
Many small items (bathroom/kitchen stuff) and One 1 of our suitcase containing marriage Sarees and jewelery is missing which costs almost Rs. 1lacks. When we contacted Mr. Naveen Joshi (Pune office agent) and Delhi office staff from M/s BEST Packers and Movers, they behaved in very rude and impolite way and said that nothing can be done for the lost items.
I am most worried about 1 missing suitcase which contains valuables as above mentioned. Now I am running from post to pillars to get my stolen goods. Since then I am running after "BEST packers" to get my stolen Suitcase but in vain.

I am hoping this forum will help me book the crooks in BEST packers who are ripping off their unsuspecting customers in PUNE / Delhi.

yes these all pacers and movers are on same track,i m facing also,still my problem not resolved.

I relocated from Bangalore to Noida.I had few household items and a car.First of all i received my car 15 days ahead of the promised delivery date.Even it was not delivered to me, i had to reach out to them to their place and pick my car up.after 2 days I submitted my car for service. I was told and even shown at the service station the damage that has been made to my car.It was new car and major part of the engine below were either broken or badly damaged.Best packer and Movers guys are big time chor.

I have recently relocated from Pune to Bangalore by this so called "Best Packers and Movers" !! Pune people could manage to take the money and could not send my furnitures in 100%. After that whatever reached at Bangalore, these people could not deliver at my Bangalore address in 100%. So ultimately I have lost few of my furnitures, which they are not bothered to think about even after 30 phone calls. Once they get money, they forget their work to be done.

Most important is that, they took money for Insurance, but did not provide any Insurance paper, intentionally delaying it. So, we cant even claim about the damages occurred to other things which reached me with the mishandlings. These people are really careless and unprofessional which generally people experience after paying the whole money.

I hope atleast people would be aware of this by these postings, before giving their order.

I used Sri Vinayaka Packers and Movers, bangalore services for Banglore to pune. They sent my stuffes using Blue Dart Cargo. They didn't deliver my Suitcase, monitor and one chair. They even didn't compensate it.

Hi,

They lifted my house holding items in Pune on 29th September 2012 and transported to Bangalore. They told me that goods will be delivered on 1st Oct 2012 however till date I did not receive my goods in Bangalore. I went to Bangalore on 30th Sept 2012 to receive and back on 3rd Oct 2012. I called BEST packers and movers, Pune several times and they are saying that still the goods are on the way will reach soon. Please help me and can reach me at veersankar1977@gmail.com. Thanks!

Never ever take service from BEST PACKERS AND MOVERS..... they are WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST

I have shifted my goods from Bangalore to Gurgaon on July your packers were packed the items very worstly like anything they put all kichen items in one drum they damaged few things there it self. And few other items like shoes, matka, bag, slippers they not put them in Cartoon box they just carried with them. I would have thrown your people that time it self, but i kept quite

I asked for insurance copy as I paid for insurance also, from the day of packing but your guy Kapoor (LKB)(His mobile number - 09740840000) not sent the same to me

Then they delivered my items on 22nd July, but many of the items were damaged mainly my fridge got damaged and other items also. and all food items of Rs. 3000 got mixed like anything. Few things they not delivered.

Then I called Kapoor then he told few items are there in Bangalore goden itself then he told he will pack them and will send to me told me to wait. I am waiting from past 40 days I have not recieved the items.

Then I called Lofer Kapoor he is saying still those items not reached Delhi/Gurgaon goden. After few days when I called Lowdake bal Kapoor is not picking the call itself, if he picks the call he is telling me to wait for few more days. You tell me it is already 1 and 1/2 month over still how many days I need to wait.

These guys playing with customers by giving this type of worst service please change your comany name as "Worst packers and Movers" See your service below.

No proper packege

No proper loading

No insurance copy even if insured

Items will be in damage conditions

Few items will be missing

I want to lodge a complait on Best packers and Movers if I don't get my item.

In future if I want to move my good if these guys comes to my home for any quotation I will slap them with my OLD SLIPPERS.
