    Default Delay in Refund of Cancelled Air Ticket

    I have booked a ticket for 2 in Jet Airways from Leh to Delhi departure date 19th July 2012 on Flight no. 9W1608 PNR DBYOTT on April 23, 2012. Payment was made through Credit Card. I have cancelled the tickets on 27th June 2012. I have received Refund Receipt. However when I discussed with concern person for the time by which I will get credit for my refund, I was told that it will take 10-15 days.

    There is no refund policy with regards to timeframe by which a customer gets his refund.

    My complaint is that if while booking company charges immidiately then why they should take 10-15 days for refund. I want my refund immidiately or I want an interest on the said amount @15% p.a. for using my money till the date of refund starting from date of cancellation.

    Angry Cleartrip Misleading Customers and refund delay

    On 23 rd , i called cleartrip to book a air ticket from bhubaneshwar to Mumbai , Clear trip executive Ramesh Rao has given me a order id GP-234-0067541-582 and told your ticket is confirmed. Date of journey is 9th July 2012. On 25th June their agency Ghar Pay has collected Rs 9200/- by cash. After that , I called Cleartrip people to send me the ticket. When called they told me ticket price is increased and price is 13K , which is 4 k higher the booking amount told earlier.

    This way they cheat the customer, while booking executive told you ticket is booked and now they are making customer foolish.

    On 25th I discussed with the clear trip lead supervisor about my refund and discussed about the commitment , you are doing with the customer.

    Finally he told you will get your money back and today is the 4th day. Neither I received any mail nor any call. While calling they are putting on hold more than 10 min and above and not getting proper response.

    By this way they are wasting customers time and money. While in market a lot on ticket booking companies are available.

    For last few days running pillar to post to get my money back.

    You should take strict action on Clear trip and help me to get my money back.
