I have Philips LCD which was creating some problem and the Philips was not able to repaired the same. Finally we got replacement for that.
We got new Philips LED 32'' (32PFL3057/V7) as a replacement.
My problem started when we got the replacement from Philips their engineer (Manav - 9910086727) quote the cost of the LED as Rs. 29790 but when i check its cost from local dealers and over the internet it was Rs. 27990. the same I informed to him but he was not agreeing to it and forced us to make the draft accordingly for Rs 16312 after reducing the replacement cost. when I got the delivery (11-5-2012) of the LED. Its cost was Rs.27990 the one we are saying earlier. I immedatily called him (Manav) that the cost of LED is lesser then he was quoting. I asked him please refund the excessive amount. but it passed almost 1 but month he has neither replying to my mails nor giving any proper response on phone calls.
In the last week I called me many times most of the time he was not taking the calls or replying back and whenever he is picking the call, he is promising that we will be getting the refunded amount by end of day but till today we are waiting for the refunded amount.
please help us to get the refunded amount back. and I also want some penalty of Rs 20000/-against Philips for mentally torturing us by calling them 10-15times a day for the followups and not replying back on mails and even on phone calls. I have also made a complaint at philips online service helpdesk but didn't get any kind of response form them.
