    Angry Poor service & low quality product

    I am Prasad Shetty (+919833200061),I recently purchased LG LED model no 42LV3500 on 22nd December, 2011 from Malaika , Mira Road east, Thane. However the TV was faulty on display there were multiple lines showing hence we complaint the same to LG Customer care (RNA-120109060710), technician was sent from the company who visited my place and he confirmed to us that the display panel has a severe issue and he advised or insisted me to change the display panel, however i will not agree for any sort of Repairing TV & I m very sure that NO ONE WOULD AGREE TO REPAIR THE NEW TV.
    After everyday follow up with Malaika LG Mira road (+919221081278) and Mr. Bhagath (+919769986553) I got a new TV replacement on JAN 24 th but that TV went off after 1.30 Hours all of a sudden .Again i called LG customer care and register my complaint against the same (RNA-120124055599).
    Now Mr Bhagath is not giving any commitment for TV replacement , even i tried to escalate the same to Mr Charan Balaji +919930362574, he is not receiving any of my calls till 27th JAN

    By now I am fed up with your cheap quality product & the kind of services that you offer where once you sold the product u stop answering your customers call ITS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM its really irritating as i need to make atleast 20 to 30 calls everyday to Mr Bhagath and Malika for another TV and there is no concurrent date for replacement , every day they are giving false commitment to me.
    I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behavior of your Sales, service manager and dealer.
    At the end i would like to say that I want a refund in a week time or else i would approach to CONSUMER GUIDANCE SOCIETY and other such organization to put a light on your customs services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
    I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

    I sympathize and understand the frustration of Mr. Shetty. Recently I was made a fool of by LG AC Engineer who persuaded me to take up AMC of LG Window AC for a period of three years, saying service charges will increase from 1st April'2012. I gave the cheque for AMC 3-year period and now the LG customer care informs that the 1st service will not be done before 27th april ( 1 month after issue of cheque ). So despite the heat I am without a serviced AC and frustratingly waiting for end april for 1st service under AMC. This company policy was not mentioned when the service engineer was selling the AMC to me. Now I am stuck with this AMC and since the money is already withdrawn from my account, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't become victim of an LG fraud under the disguise of annual maintenance contract!!!
