I bought a Videcon LCD TV in June 2011. Suddenly it stopped working. I called call center and registered a complaint BAN 2501120397 on Jan 25, 2012.

Today one unqualified service engineer visits home and just says some component to be replaced. Then he said it is not available with them and they will let me know if it comes to them from Videocon.

After 1 hour I get a message from Videocon call center mentioning the call is resolved and closed. I couldn't understand it and immediately called call center and to report wrong message.

But call center personnel says I need to call service engineer and they can do anything. And service engineer is refusing to respond. It looks like no one is owning it.

Please let me know how to get it resolved.
