We purchased a Croma LCD TV delivered on the 7th of September 2010 Customer No. 9011805 Customer Delivery No. 137-53184. Right from Day1 the audio has not been functioning properly. The speakers produce extra noise. Even during the warranty period we made repeated complaints through phone and in person. They sent an incompetent service person who claimed the fault was with the cable network. We checked the cable network with Sony TV and found it to be accurate. After the expiry of warranty period we requested Croma to amend the defect for a cost. They gave us the no. of infiniti retail ltd. We contacted them around the 12th of January 2012. After we promised to pay the cost they promised to send a person within 48 hrs. inspite of the lapse of more than 10 days they have not bothered to send anybody. This is the worst kind of service rendered to us. After a purchase of a product for Rs. 25000 they are not bothered about the service. I would like to register this complaint with you so that at least now i may be able to rectify my TV.
