This is regarding the installation of the new LCD purchased by me frm NEXT Retail, Vashi- Navi Mumbai on sunday i.e. January 22, 2012. But till date i have not been approached by any engineer for its installation. On calling up the Toll free " Customer Care Nos" ( that does not care for customers) they have been assuring me that you would receive a call from the engineer within 24 hrs. But to my dismay no one has called till date and it is 26th today!!!



P.S. I am working and not available from 8 am to 8 pm. and according to the company i am expected to take a leave for getting the installation done.


Further i have been provided with just a wall mounting stand so I cant even set the TV on a table and start viewing it. On calling up the so called dealers "NEXT Retail" i get such a hostile answer that i need to purchase the table top stand, whereas on the website it clearly states that both the stands would be provided free of cost.
