Tradus.in not delivered my Order- 1471465 Hi,
I am Rajesh. I have purchased a Television(Toshiba 32HV10 32 Inch LCD TV) from Tradus .in for a price of 17999/-. i have ordered it on12 Jan 2012, My Transaction Id is 2105835.
Till date i haven't received my order. I don't have even a Customer care no to call & enquiry the product. I am really worried bcoz i have already made the payment from my Credit card. I have sent atleast of 10 mails to Customer care Email ID, But only two times i got a reply back saying that order will be dispatched in 3 working days. second reply also exactly the same mail. I sincerely request kindly repay back the amount or deliver the product.
