Hi,I am Shruti Yadav ,I purchased Moser Baer 32' LCD in 2009 from Croma, rohini,new Delhi. It developed display problem 3 mnths back.i got my complain registered on 8th December 2011 with complain no.11120676770004.service person after examining the lcd told dat one of the power supply component needs to be replaced n it will cost around 3500/- n it will be done in 2 days.no progress was made for next 1.5 mnths despite of our frequent reminders and request.service engineer n service centre people are failing to commit anything.Today when I called again some executive told that the power supply panel will cost 14000/-.This is total farud n cheating.I dont think i will ever recommend mose baer to any body in future...
