Not responding to the Customer since 6 months I paid the AMC for the service of the TV as the TV has image problem.Service center representative had taken the TV in August 2011 and not responding to the calls. Its been 5 months TV is in service center. Whenever we make calls to callcenter they give new representative name who will address the problem with 24 hrs.After 3 days we receive a message stating that call has been cancelled.Till date there is no progress.
