From 15 Dec 2011 we faced display problem,

Problem : Display problem ( No display at bottom side of the screen, line mark only displayed )
They came and told that, this problem will not covered under the warranty, you may need to service the TV on chargeable basis only,
the TV warranty period is still live, so we need this to solved by sony only, then they telling that , the TV panel is got damaged so this to serviced by only chargeable,
There is NO OUTER PANEL DAMAGE why i need to pay for the service i replied them, then they replied the damage is in the LCD so you need to pay for it,
As per there Engineer statement, For LCD TV life is very short, that why we offering warranty for One year, If you want long life better don’t go for LCD or LED TV's, IF It is the case they should tell the consumer that the TV is very short in the purchasing stage itself,
We are spending Huge money but won’t get good product,
