    Unhappy Complaint against fraud on selling Toshiba LCD TV

    Hi,

    I Purchased 40" inches Toshiba LED TV from Vasanth & Co situated at
    New no:7, Old No:11,
    Aalappakkam,
    Arcot Road,
    Porur,
    Chennai-116.

    In my Bill it was stated that I have purchased LED TV and the Box was also LED TV Box, but when I checked the rear side of the TV it was mentioned as LCD TV model no was 40ps10ze. And even in the TV owner’s manual it was mentioned as LCD TV.
    I as a customer was cheated by the showroom, when I walked up to the showroom to enquire about the same, the manager said I need to contact Toshiba and finally became a looser and lost my money.

    Request you to get involved in this and assist me in getting a justice by filing a case on the branch.

    Hi

    My name is Pankaj Sharma... And on 23rd Nov 2011, I ordered for HTC Google 1 Android from Naaptol. They were offering 64% off on it. So the price was 7298/-

    They confirmed me that the product will reach to me within 10 working days any how. However, they didn't meet the criteria and delivered the order on 16th of Dec 2011. I was happy that let us forget the past and enjoy the new android. But who knows that I am being be fooled by such a Huge name but in fact a Fraud Company...NAAPTOL.com. They provided me a useless Android which battery backup was only 4-5 hours while I was not using anything. I called on 18th Dec 2011 in the customer care. One of the customer care said that if there is any problem you must tell us within 24 hours. (Beep beep beep.....How can I confirm everything in just 24 hours. Should I give all my time to an Android?,....BEEP BEEP BEEP)

    However, she also said if there is any problem then send us back the android and keep waiting if it is repairable then we will repair it and will send back to you again in a couple of months. (Beepppppppp........This is the service that you send a cheap and repaired mobile to cusomers and get full money for it and say that you will repair it once agian and will return to customer.... You are just good for nothing...)

    Later I also come to know that its an old Android which applications are not working properly. You just touch it and alll the icon will move automatically. This is a fault of application. And the major fault is ours that we believe such fraud companies.


    I am planning to go to consumer court with full proof. And I want to Beep... them for their strategies....

    Hi There

    First time you have responded on time. So thanks for it. Here is my order no. 2873894 which was delivered on 16th Dec. But the android is of no use. I just want to throw in the dust... So much to say but let it go. Let me know what you do for me.

    OK thats fine for the battery but what about the Repaired Andoired you delivered me?.. Should I hit it on My head I am not able to work on it...Even not able to search my contact because application does not work. Touch Screen does not work... what for that.. And why you do so why did you sent me such a bad Android...
