Hi,I am Ajit Kumar ,I purchased Panasonic Television from Allied electronics ,dilshad garden,Delhi.After two months the television started displaying colour patches on the screen.I contacted service cetner of panasonic and they sent a mechanic but unfortunately he couldn't fix the problem.I contacted panasonic service cetner nine times and every time they used to send a mechanic and he promised me that this problem will not occur again but the problem remained there.The mechanic changed picture tube control first time but the problem was yet there.Finally company replaced the picture tube but the new picuture tube has more issues that before and this time the proble is frequent than before.I told service cetner many times that I will approach to cosumer court if they will not replace the malfunctioning television but they didn't replace it and kept false promise...I faced lost of inconvenience and after six days my warranty will be expire so I want the resolution as soon as possible.I want my television replacement...and inconvenience compenstation...
