    Default Complaint against Panasonic India Pvt Ltd

    Hi,

    I had purchased a 32’’ Panasonic LCD model no TH L32C30D from Croma Showroom at Ghatkopar R-City Mall Mumbai, Invoice no is SLF02A035020028662, and sent three years extended warranty Panasonic copy to company’s registered address at Chennai on 29 October 2011 and I spoke to Team Leader Mr. Shivaraman regarding warranty letter, he told me that warranty letter will be reached within 15 days, after 15 days when I called him some of customer executive told me that it will take 30 days, then after 30 days another Team Leader told that it will take more 15 days and now it’s been more than 45 days still I have not received physical copy of three years extended warranty letter. They have told me warranty letter number only (warranty no PIWCN1111001367), Every time when I asked them to dispatch warranty letter they always say the same line (your warranty letter is in process we’ll dispatch soon). I have been doing follow up regarding warranty letter since November 2011 it’s almost 2 months. Even they are not able tell the reason, why haven’t they dispatched it yet. Three years extended warranty will not be valid until I have physical copy of it as per the terms of the company. That’s why I want that physical copy of it.

    I want the Resolution for the same and the deadline for you guys will be a week , as it is I have registered the same case with the consumer court and you all will be hearing soon and will be having a legal notice of the same in your hand at the earliest.
