    Default Complaint against Onida Television and service cen

    Dear Sir/Madam,I had purchased Onida TV 29" from reliance mart Faridabad on 27-12-2010 delivered on 29-Dec-2011.Sale order no.0055956687. This was not working from the month of August. I had raised complaint on 1-Sep-2011. Technician came 3 times to repair the TV in the month of september. On 2nd Oct again i had raised new complaint (previous complaints closed unsolved) and they told me we will replace the Kit. Again in the month of sep i had followed with them they told me the kit is not in stock it will take some time. I had called Mr. Amarjeet(head of Faridabad Servide center cell no. 9582715483) every time he told me today or tommorrow the technician will definitly come. but every time he is giving me excuse. I had also called Omkar(Area Manager) on his cell 09315124001. From 14-Nov-2011 Mr. Amarjeet told we had no technician our three technicians are on leave from 5 days we will repair only when we have time. and he gave me excuse company know about it. This really spoil the image of the Onida Company. I want that this tv need to be replaced with extended warrenty or refund my money back. I had raised so my complaints no. are 11092126380807, 11092126381305, 11092126381305, 11102126380005 and so on. My Contact no. 9953656949.Regards,Navdeep Kapoor

    Smile complaint against Dealer :Mahalaxmi collection & furniture,Darayapur,Dist:amravati 444608

    Res.Sir.
    I purchased TV model no.co21scp300b from Mahalaxmi collection & furniture,Darayapur,Dist:amravati 444608 on dt 6/02/11.
    on dt.24/6/12 the tv curcuit board was burnt,so I submit tv & also complaint to dealer.But uptill date I have not resived my tv.
    so please look in to the matter

    Angry very poor service

    Dear sir,
    I purchased a new ONIDA LCD TV from Vijay sales shop.
    After installation we found one problem that TV was getting OFF by remote but could not getting on by remote, so i gave this complaint t customer care of ONIDA. They sent one Engineer and that Engineer download any software in TV, after that TV was not getting ON by remote or manually from TV key. Engineer said that he will come back with new software but he did not come and when we did call them they said it will take two days more.

    Default Complaint Against Onida & Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased 24" Onida LCD TV from Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd., Ulhasnagar on 16-12-2011(Bill No. 946364). It works Less then 4 months perfectly.In the middle of April 2012 volume & display problem started. I had raised complaint with Snehanjali Retail on phone. After three days Technician came to attend the complaint. He checked the remote & played with buttons & told me that now your problem is solved. After half an hour same problem started again, I called him then he told me that he will come tomorrow but he came after fifteen days & again he did same thing & told that now your LCD is OK. But after two days same problem started again. I complained Snehanjali Retail & Onida Service Center. After three to four days again Service engineer came & this time he opened the LCD & checked the parts. After checking the parts he told me that there is some issue in Motherboard & very soon he will replace it with new one. After seven days he came with a very old & dusty motherboard. I told him why old motherboard then he told me that your LCD is under warranty & in warranty period our duty is to solve the issue anyhow. He told me that if you want new motherboard then consult Snehanjali or Onida Service Center. That time I told him nothing he replaced the motherboard but the old motherboard is also not working & two-three parts missing in that motherboard too. Then he again replaced this with Original motherboard & told me that when He will get motherboard he will replace it. From April-2012 to August 2012 he came near about 10 times & always came without intimation. I complained many times to onida customer care but they always trying to avoid me by answering that please consult product division. I also called Mr. Bunty Yadav(Product head) but always he was busy on phone & he never replies me. Now I want from Snehanjali & Onida to replace the LCD within seven days with extended warranty from the date of receiving this complaint otherwise I will go to Consumer Court to file case against Onida & Snehanjali.

    Also I am requesting online consumer forum to solve my problem
