I have bought Toshiba Power LED TV 32 Inch for a whopping amount of RS. 32 K.
Just after one week, it stopped working.
After several calls, service engineer came and said it has to be replaced and assured that it will be done in a week.
One week gone, I called again. I was asked to speak to Manager.
I spoke to him and he said one more week since there is no stock.
Waited for one week and called up again. Another week was asked for.
Then I was asked to speak to his manager.
Same story for one more month.
Then I was asked to speak to another warehouse manager.
One more month. several calls.
Me TV is NOT YET REPLACED.
3 Months of torture, mental agony.. almost 100 calls.
No replacement yet. And horrible thing is.. they dont even answer my calls.
My only resort now is a case in consumer court and am serious about it.
