No service back up from Videocon under warranty Sir,
I have procured a LCD 32" from Videocon M/S Next, Circular Road, Ranchi, Jharkandh
on 15.10.2009 vide bill no 552537 ( Model No LCD-VID-32" Integra32C-S 1000W
PMP)under finance from Bajaj Finanace. However the LCD developed snag and the same
was reported to the Dealer on 15.06.09 with complaint no F15019. Service person from
Videocon inspected the TV but could not solve the problem. During my lodging the
complaint for the second tomme on 02.07.09, they again turned up but again could not
solve the problem. There after I have loged sevral complaint at their local service
centre at Ranchi( Ph No-0651 3247559 and also through sms at 53030 on
20.06.09,06.07.09, 28.07.09 but till date no action had been taken by Videocon.It
seems that they are trying to pass the warranty time. It is really shamefull on part
of videocon on their after sales support. I need immediate help to get the problem
resolved immediately.

Dear Mr. Karmakar,
Pls. send a written complaint to the Managing Director of the Co. at their Head Office address. Keep a copy of that letter and wait for the response of the Co. for at least 20 days. This is the best way to get any solution on Co. level.
