I have been using tatat sky DTH service from last 3 years & still the service which they are providing is very poor.
my set top box is faulty, I habve called to there customer care for more than 30 times but could not get the result.
Finally after i fed up calling them & asked for cancellation of my account in tata sky which also took more than 4 days, every time i used to get commitment that concern authority will call you but not getting any firm feedback from any one.

Dear Sir, can you help me to get my money back from tata sky. for that if i have to file case against., ready for the same.


Please do the needful.
