Hi,

I had bought a HYUNDAI color television from reliance fresh,kothaguda, kondapur,Hyderabad on 30th august 2008. The model number is HY22F06, its warranty is till 30th august 2009.
It started showing defects two months ago. Some sparks where heard from the cabinet of the TV. I went to reliance fresh for that problem. They gave me the number 040-39404040 and asked me raise a complain regarding the TV. I called the number and raised the complain.
The complain number is HID-1807090249. One technician came to my house and saw the spark in the cabinet and did something with his screw driver and said the problem will never arise again and said if it arises then to call him back. After he went, just after one day, the same problem came up. I called up the technician but he did not responded(he did not received my calls).
Again I raised another complain, the complain number is HYD-2507090383. Another technician by the name of Surrender came and without opening the TV he said that he know the problem, and a part of the TV has to be replaced and so he will come in two or three days and fix it. After five days when he did not come, i called him but he said that he is not going to my area so he cant come.
I then raised another complain. The complian number is HYD-1808090139. This time no one even come to my house or responded to me. When i am calling the number where i has raised the complain and to the service center whose number is 040-23860337 and 040-32486907, they are saying that they will come but they has not yet come.
I approached Reliance fresh, i spoke to the manager whose name is K Vasu deva reddy and his contact number is 09701440997. He said he will send email to the service center and that's all he can do for me.
My warranty expires on 30th august and till now i had not got the service i should get for my warranty.
I hope i will get justice for all the inconvenience caused to me by Reliance fresh, help center, and the service center.
