I have purchased colour tv sl no 08173ZAS200289K Model No CS21Z43SNAXXTL on 29 Mar 2009. It became unserviceable twice during warranty period and were repaired by remote only whereas my complaints had not been registered in record. I requested to replace the TV set with new one but it was denied by service engineer and customer care. Again it went unserviceable on 08 Sep 2011. Now on 09 sep 2011 it has been repaired by the service engineer on a bill payment of Rs 365 vide bill book no 1095 sl no 27364 dt 09 Sep 2011. Whereas some problems still exists like cutting of pictures on some channels, misalignment of pictures etc. Which I have been told by service engineer is the fault in design and can not be repaired. At the same time it was told that in this model complaints which occurred in past are recurring in nature and can't be avoided.
In the light of above facts I want that I should be permitted to replace my TV set with another model which is less prone to unserviceability on the payment of difference of price of the both TV sets considering the value of my TV as new because it is the fault in manufacturing and I have been repeatedly requesting for a replacement.
