I bought a 40 inch Samsung LED TV from Delhi in November 2010 as a gift.While in Delhi i was living for some time so i did not need to use it there so it was brought back to Etawah where i live.After purchasing the TV an Engineer from Samsung came where we lived in delhi for the wall mount but as i did not need it there so i told him the same thing and he went away without doing anything.Later the TV was brought back to our hometown i.e Bharthana.Nearest service center was in Etawah and in January 2011 my father first time called the company for wall mount of the television at home.The company said that we will send our Engineer as soon as possible but no one came.Then after some days the same thing was filed as a complaint in Samsung service center and they said they will do something but nothing happened.No one came and nothing happened and we did not say anything then because there was some furnishing work being done in our home where the TV was supposed to be hanged.Later in about June we again tried to contact them and again the said the same thing.When called Samsung service center they said sir the Engineer will come from Gorakhpur.We told that nearest Service center was in Etawah and they said that something will be done and we will call you back.Then on 10th August their Engineer came and that too without complete things and went back saying that sir kit required for wall mount of your TV will be different because it is a 5 series and i have one of 4 series.Since then he did not came back and every time we call him he says that the kit is still not available.Since then its been almost a month and every time we call him he says after 2 or 3 days.Its been almost a year that our TV is still in the same packing as we bought it.Now i want to return the TV and get all my money back from the company or showroom whoever pays it.....
