Dear Team member,
I would like to inform you that i had purchased a T.V from one of your LG show room(
R.K ELECTRONICS BADARPUR NEW DELHI-44) On 02-09-2008.It is in the warranty period.
It was found damage after ten month, i called to LG service department (DECENT
SERVICE NOIDA) from where an engineer came to my house and checked the TV, after
checking he told me that TV Board is fault and need to be removed,he removed that
from TV and told me to reinstalled a new Board within 3 working days..It has been
more than 14 days of time but there is no sign of progress.When ever i call to your
engineer Mr.VIJENDER (9999982176) He tells me to contact Miss. TINA SHARMA
(9873566234) for the solution of my problem and when i call to Miss Tina, she tells
lie all the time that your work will be done tomarrow, unfortunately that tomorrow
hasn't come yet.I am tired from calling day by day. If you people do not take my
concern seriously than i am going to drag you the consumer court.
