Hi

I am Varun Sharma & purchased an AKAI 32" LCD television on 15th August 2011 from Big Bazaar, Sahara Mall, Gurgaon
The payment was made upfront.


I have the bill which states that product would be delivered by 22nd August 2011 at my door step.


However, I did not receive the product in the mentioned time lines


After that i was given the date of 25th June for the product delivery and same was again missed by BigBazaar


On repetitive phone calls and visits to Big Bazaar, I was given a final date of 1st September for the product delivery.

After this, the saga continues and was given a date of 11th September.

Today I went to the store to enqure about the status and now the date was given as 15th September.


I waited throughout the day for the delivery but got no respite and it was missed again.


I called BigBazaar authorities again and was todl that they have no clues of the consignment and are not sure whether product would be delivered or not.


After such a bad experience, i dont think in future I will opt for any of my future association with your group.


This us highly unprofessional on your part of not delivering the committed product on time.


I need an answer to this ASAP
