    Unhappy Delay in Replacement

    While buying LG TV I thought that I am buying a Good TV but perception went wrong when the TV was delivered by Vijay slaes (Retailer from where I bought this worst TV). The sequential event was as follows :-

    1. 18/05/2009 - TV Purchased from Vijay Sales via Bill No,. 15-VSH05-09SO 455
    2. 19/05/2009 - TV was delivered at home
    3. 20/05/2009 - Engineer cam for installation & it was found that there is a problem in picture tube PRB conversion and picture output is not clear, Engineer told us to loadge a complaint.
    4. 21/05/2009 - I lodged a complained to Vijay Sales & LG Customer casre vide complain no. 0905-B211037
    5. 31/05/2009 - Engineer came to inspect the television and didnot tell us what is to be done
    6. we waited for 45 days for the feedback from LG customer regarding our complaint but could not get any message or solution for the problem.
    7. 18/07/09 - I again lodged a complaint via complain number - 0907-B18119
    8. 23/07/09 - Mr Arvind(Engineer from LG) came and ispected the tv and took a copy of bill saying that TV will be replaced within 10 days (Job No. W9C71805798 HKS9C71800209)
    9. 03/08/2009 - After expiry of 11 days I again contacted the Customer Care and the response was as below :

    Customer Care Executive told me that Again an Engineer will come to check the TV and told all other complains have been closed........He allotted me a new complain numer 0908-B031172.............and till date no one has revert back on this complain:D

    Dear Sir,

    Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level with a copy to the Dealer. You will have to address your complaint to the Managing Director of the Co. and do keep a copy of that letter with you. Hope you will get a positive response in this concern.
