I have 2003 Model 21" Thomson CTV, It was running in a good condition, Last month it was make some spark kind of noice and blink on screen, Then i contact customer care they send a Tech-Person, When we start the set at first it working fine, and he check the set and told that the vertical IC was leaking this is the cause of the problem. Changed the componet and made a Rs:600 bill for the component and service charge, After finish up this it still making some spark kind of sound when i ask him what it - he told me due dust particals touching to power magnatic field after one hour it making more sound and for the same day it lost the picture.

I was trying to contact them they say our tech will come & solve the issue,

Q : Is it possible to take any action on the service staion for thair bad service / makeing damage to my tv set

Dear Mr. Ram,

Yes, you can take action against the service centre for the difiency in services. To proceed for that first of all send a complaint letter to their office and do keep a copy of that letter with you.

I PURCHASED A 29' SANSUI TV FROM A DEALER IN BY THE NAME OF Computer Electronics, Kamla Nagar, Delhi IN NOVEMBER, 2004 WITH A 1 YEAR TV WARRANTY and 7 years picture tube warranty. In september 2009 it went out of order completely. I registered a complaint at customer care center with Complaint number : "DEL 1809091008" on 18th Sept 2009, Technician visited and from Sansui and found that picture tube is lost and needs replacement.
Since then We are regularly in touch with company but executives are arguing and giving no any response.
It is requested to kindly direct sansui to handle this complaint soon

I am jatin madani purchase a SANSUI HARD ROCK -21" COLOUR TV since -3-4 years but when i purchase this TV in Alka Electronics - Opp Central Bus Stand - Rajkot. By default problem in this TV and i have so many complains to Alka Electronics and Sansui Customer Care but no any body solw this problem - problem is randomly time means -6 to 8 months TV remote is not work and TV screen show very small like TV is 14". I have already many complains in this particular problem but no any salutation.

I repeat request to Sansui Company - To Replace my TV as on Priority basis otherwise free repair my TV. Recently we have face this problem and complain for the same problem and my complain NO. is RAJ12111110241 and after 1-2 days engineers come is Mr. Rajnish Jethva was come and take Rs. 250/- charge for the same problem.

I request to Please replace my TV otherwise When problem is come then free service to us.
Because this problem is starting time when i purchase this TV from Alka Electronics

LAST 15 days I AM TRYING TO CONTACT sansui COMPNAY (SERVICE CENTRE CENTRE)

COMPANY SEND HIS ENGINGER ONE TIME AT MY HOME, BUT THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM

NOW AGAIN I AM TRY TO CONTACT ENGINGER & SERVICE CENTRE. THE ENGINER SAID NEXT DAYS I SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. NEXT DAY THEY REPETE AGAIN I WILL COME NEXT DAY. WHEN I CALL CONSUMER HELP LINE THEY GIVE ME A NEW COMPLAIN NO. BUT TILL TODAY THEY NOT GIVE THE RESPONSE ME (NOT HE SEND ENGINER & NOT PICK THE PHONE) FROM HIM. MY TV IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.


PLEASE GIVE ME A RESPONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE I WILL GO WITH LEGAL LAW.
