    Default LG Service problem

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had purchase LG29 Inch Color Television 5 years back. In the month
    of May 2009 suddenly my television had stop working then i had logged
    a complain regarding this and my complain was logged under service
    number N9C52711996 with remarks no audio and video is working. After
    two days when i logged the complain one service engineer from LG came
    to home and took my TV to LG servicing center. After one week when i
    did not get any response i approach to Local LG service center and i
    have been told that some part of my TV for burst and this need to
    replace but this is not available with us currently. Again i had to
    wait till next two week then i approach again to the service center
    and still i got the same feedback that the part is still not available
    to us. then after few week on 17 June 2009 I wrote a official mail to
    LG office in the mail id is lgservice@lgindia.com. and explain the
    whole things in to mail. I got a return mail from lgservice that "We
    have forwarded your product issue to the concerned branch office so
    that an immediate step can be taken in this regard. " but after
    waiting a week nothing has moved. Again i forwarded the same mail to
    lgservice on 25 June 2009 to know the status of my complain but till
    date i am not getting any kind of feedback or response from LG and i
    do not know what is the status of my Television and till how long it
    will take time to repair.
    Please advice me what shell i do to get my TV repair. . My details are as below

    Thumbs down Complaint for LG tv picture tube problem

    Dear Sir,

    We purchased a LG Ultra Slim TV (29") on date 21/03/2010.
    After purchasing it with in 15 days we find a defect on this Picture Tube. We called the LG engineers and they can't repair it and told us to replace this Picture tube And he change but again same problem in the picture tube. then we again called costomer care then he again change now we are tired we face this problem 4 times and cant setisfied We dont want the defective piece. Can you please provide any solution for this? It's really now a mental torcher for the TV.

    Dear Sir / Mam

    I brought a CTV form your dealer "Balaji Electronics”, Dabri, New Delhi ,

    After three month of purchasing, the TV started giving power problem. I logged a complaint vide complaint No . N9C82912074 Dated 29.08.2009. Executive visited my house and repaired the CTV, after the repair I found that the picture of the TV is not clear and little bit small or can say that cutted from the side, I again logged complaint vide complaint No. C09A2005384 dated 20.10.2009., this time my TV was sent to your service workshop for the required repair as executive told me that it seems to be a major problem, after one week I got my TV back. Now I found there is another problem that color of TV turns to black & white. In this regard I logged complaint once again on 19.03.10 vide complaint no. C1031907231, Executive visited my house and suggested me to replace the circuit board and assured me that as soon as he get the approval of replacement from LG he will change it, But till date no response has been given to me from your side, I put on reminder more than 6 times since than but nobody of your company give me the accurate information. I want urgent attention about the required replacement of the TV kit or picture tube whatever necessary. Now after three days they told me that the TV kit of Your TV Model is not available with them and other customer has also complained regarding this model hence, LG Stoped selling this model and therefore they must give a new TV of Some other Model of same price range ( Commitment vide Complint no. C1051301536 Dated 13.05.2010.) . For the same they picked a photocopy of the same for the approval but nothing happened, I am very frustated and as per consumer rules of Indian Customer I am ready to go to Consumer Court. This is full and final complaint as I cant do without TV.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had purchase LG21 Inch Color Television on 12-oct-2009. In the month
    of sep2010on 12th suddenly my television had stop working then i had logged
    a complain regarding this and my complain was logged under COMPLAINT
    number 31091407775 ON 14.SEP2010 with remarks . After
    two days when i logged the complain one service engineer from LG came
    to home and took my POWER SUPPLY PLATE to LG servicing center. After one week when i
    did not get any response i approach to Local LG service center and i
    have been told that some part of my TV for burst and this need to
    replace but this is not available with us currently. Again i had to
    wait till next two week then i approach again to the service center
    and still i got the same feedback that the part is still not available
    to us. THEN DAY TO DAY SAME REPLAY I HAVE TIRED TO CALL TO LG CUSTEMR CARE AND TILL TODAY ON 30.09.10 LG NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION.do not know what is the status of my Television and till how long it
    will take time to repair.
    Please advice me what shell i do to get my TV repair. . My details are as below

    DEAR SIR MADAM

    I purchase the l g mobile in the mobile store at maleshwaram on 17.10.2009 with one year waranty.

    in on year the mobile suddenly off , i repair the mobile in 3 times in year repaired at service center at rajajinagr

    but still i got the same problem. please do the need full.
