I had purchased a TV from your mahim office last evening at 8:15 pm.
Salesman name was Saroj . The Tv was delivered to me today and the right
speaker is not working. When I call the customer care number at Mumbai the
line does not connect to representative. Request you to please replace the
set as I got a defective piece delivered to me.



I have put CC to consumer court as well.
