Hi,

we own a 10 year old onida tv, Which was around 20 thousand rupees at that time..But now it has turned out to be a big head ache for us...For the last 4 months it has been repaired 8 times or even more. Every time the onida service center people come up with different reasons...we have already spent around Rs 2000 or more on this tv.
We feel that the Onida service center people, at Trivandrum, Kerala is cheating us without correcting the real issue. Please help us in any way u can..Any way we have brought another TV. But still we want to know what should we do this Onida TV, is this the value that Onida company is offering. The worst customer service..we are fed up of this ....So an Onida TV has only value for 10 years...
