    Default LG TV - service problem

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am in Chennai and there was a problem in my LG TV and registered a complaint and a
    service person from LG authorised service dealer came and told that they will change
    the board (first they told just to change a coil) and said that there will be no
    problem after changing the board and there is a warranty of one year for the board
    and so they changed the board, but again there was a problem and after complaining
    LG two times a service person came on 04/07/09 and told that "changing the board in
    this type of TV is not useful and we must only change the coil" and told that he
    will consult and inform me, but he did not reply till this morning. I called them
    several times, they are not responding. Please advise me what to do and how to
    register a complaint in consumer court.

    Default Samsung ASC's - unreliable / dubious reputation.

    I have faced a similar situation.
    Background:
    TV Model – CZ21K5SDX/XTL purchased ~ 2002/2003
    The Service Compliant was on 09/07/2008.
    A Repair Shop who claimed to have been informed by Samsung about our complaint. A Repair Shop person, claimed to represent Samsung, inspected the TV, estimated INR 800/- as repair charges & collected the TV. Later the call came from the Repair Shop that estimate is now ~INR 2300/- due to unforeseen part-malfunction after opening the TV at repair shop. We paid The TV worked thereafter well.
    This complaint was mysteriously closed at Samsung’s end.

    There seems to be a nexus between the ASC or local Repair Shops and Telephone Operators/Samsung Service Providers. The ASC / local Repair Shops are in cohorts with the Service Providers.

    Default Pathetic Services Of LG

    Hi,
    i have never experienced such pathetic services from any brand and neither did i expect the same from a mnc brand like lg.

    Recently my 14"lg joymax ctv had a certain problem.to get it repaired i prefered to complain to lg directly rather than the local service agents(which now i think would have been a better option).so i just lodged a request on lg's website on the 21st of july(rqst id n9c72101535).

    The date i mentioned over there for the agents visit was 25th july as it was my weekly off.but the agent visited us 3 days later & after a discussion with me over the phone he took away some spare parts of the tv for repairing.then,after 2-3 days he made the second visit and fixed those parts and we paid him the billed amt of rs.540 for the services.

    Now what happened,after 1-2days there was another prblm in the tv which was not earlier there.so i directly called the agent this time & told him about this.in answer,he asked me to register a complain again and also told me that the service has a 1month warranty,so i won't have to pay anything this time.

    As i was going out of town for a few days i did not register any complaint that time.but as soon as i returned,i registered a complaint over the phone(request id n9c82508097).

    The agent visited on the 20th august & again took away some spare parts for reparing saying that it would be done within a day or two.

    From that day onwards neither the agent has come nor any kind of call has been made to let me know the status.

    I have been calling the agent on a daily basis since that day and he has been delaying it giving one excuse or the other every time.i had last called him yesterday and again he assured me that within an hr or so he would get it done.but as usual,no one came!

    Since then i haven't called him and neiither do i trust him anymore.
    Then i e-mailed to lg regarding the issue hoping that some kind of action would be taken or at least my problem would be sorted out very soon.
    Its been about two days since i mailed lg but i received no reponse from their side also.
    As a result i called again to the agent and this time i was on a different tone but the reply i got was again the same.

    Default Patytic and poor service quality...

    I brought my LG 32 inches Jazz on 30th August 2009. The volume of the set was not proper and I had raised a complaint. The servce engineer visited on 5th September 2009 and then told the set will be replaced. It is 19th September 2009 today and the am still awating my replacement TV. When ever I call the service manager, he used to say it will be delivered in next days and the 2nd day never use to come. This a pathatic service level quality of LG. A customer will for sure lose his patience level. All fancy things thhey put in web site...but on ground it is nothings.

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there. The address is:

    Default Pathetic Customer Service of LG's

    Dear Sir,

    We purchased a LG Ultra Slim TV (29") on date 21/ 05 /2009.
    After purchasing it with in a week we find a defect on this. We called the LG engineers and they can't repair it and told us to replace this. Today is 22 /09 /2009. We still not get any replacement for the defective piece. Can you please provide any solution for this? It's really now a mental torcher for the TV.

    Default Poor LG TV customer service by the company

    I have purchased a LG RT21FA20VW television. I have made compalaint for not working the same my ID is C10A0801381. The representative of the LG had visited to my house after giving two reminders. He advised us that 6006JFBT and 2449Houtput these two parts needs to be repalced. The representative mobile numbers are 9822961442 9764440241. After lapse of 15 days after his visit he has not contaced us. We have approched LG 18001809999 toll free number we not received any positive reply.     Default non installation of LG Tv No 42LE5300 ATR107cm LCD

    LG Tv was purchased on 03Nov2010 but it is yet to be installed as the Technician from the your Agency has not found time for the same. Dealers' Sahu Agencies Pvt Ltd 0f Gomtinagar has been approached repeatedly but have failed to assist in doing so. They have put the blame on LG Tv Company and shown their helplessness.

    Default complaint against the service

    i am at palampur. himachal pradesh. my LG t. v. is not working. on 11th april. i call to service center. and your representative. came and take t.v. parts with him. after two days he told me that parts are not available. even my t.v is only 3 years old. so again i call to service center and they told me that my complaint was cancelled, i dont know why? i again registered my complaint they have given me this no--RNA 110417082856. but still no action is taken and even your representative is not picking up the phone. so i want to know what type of service you are providing to the costumers. if even after more than one weak one t. v. set is not repaired. and i am living very near to the city. next time purchasing any LG product i have to thing twice. thanking you, ATUL SHUKLA Mob 9459455223.

    i am jeyaprakash,my lg tv model ciniplus .tv screen picture was not view of full screen ,at that time switch is on then tv screen top side one part of view the picture.so pl retify the prablem.

    Default Lg tv complaint not receive any solution

    my Name is surendra Kumar i purchase a LG TV Feb-2012. i am facing a very big problem, exteranal speaker sound is not control in TV Remote (TV sound is 0 but speaker thought the sound) i register a complaint four time to solve this problem (RNA120522088086, RNA120518033709, RNA120511043133, RNA120507059597, RNA120502093089) But any engineer not visit at home & i don't receive any solution this complaint.
