We had purchased one SANYO BPL LCD TV Model no. LCD32XR1(PIP) Sl.no.236BLC32WI85000069 on 29-11-2008 from your dealer Le Marche Hyper Market, Mega Mall, New Link Rd, Oshiwara, Andheri (west), Mumbai.
Before even the completion of one year the TV went Faulty & there was no picture coming on the screen, In the meantime Le Marche Hyper Market had closed and it was taken over by Big Bazaar (Future Group) with the same employees.
We got the complaint noted down with them but even after about 8 months there was no response. Then we contacted customer care call center of SANYO BPL PVT LTD who in turn asked us to contact SATGURU ELECTRONICS Andheri (West) who are their Authorized Service Center. On approaching Satguru Electronics they sent their engineer who inspected the TV and told us that its Picture Mother-board has to be replaced and they will send a request for procurement to the company. On Pursuing them again and again for the status of the parts we got only one reply that they are arranging from the company but it was in vain. After about another 8 months or so, they told us to contact M/S Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt Ltd. who is now Sanyo India Authorised Service Agents.
Then on 04-03-2011, we lodged a complaint No. 000504(LCD TV) with M/S Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt Ltd. They immediately sent an engineer, who also said that the Picture Mother-Board is Faulty and he would procure it from the company.
Now even after 3 months having been passed there is no reply from M/S Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt Ltd or its engineer who had paid the visit.
We would request you to kindly help us in this matter urgently.
