with such a poor response; i really don't see a reason as to why I should be wasting my time by calling customer care team. You are also a part of the same team, and I feel that i concern should have been taken forward with the respective dealers.
Here I clearly have a feeling that customers are been fooled around by fake advertisements and the reality is very different.
I don't intend to purchase ANY VIDEOCON PRODUCT in future now.
Thanks,
Vipul

Subject: Dealer Feedback on Newspaper Offer for LCD
Dear Team,
I wanted to share my experience with two dealers of Videocon, when I went there to purchase a 32" LCD TV. There was an offer of ZERO downpayment and details on the EMI through Bajaj Fin Services.
Here is the response from both the dealers:
DIGIWORLD, Shop no 262, 63, GIP Mall, Noida - The model VLL32FBM was available ONLY on downpayment and no offer by Bajaj.
KAY DEE, Sector 18, Noida - I was told to pay around 7000/- as downpayment and an EMI of approximately 1300 Rs per month.
I had to spend 2-3 hours, and was shocked to see that dealers are not following what was presented in the advertisement in TOI. The main condition that one dealer placed in front of me was that my loan request can be considered ONLY AND ONLY if I have an HDFC credit card. This was no where mentioned in the newspaper advertisement.
I am now forced to look for some other brand LCD, as all my excitement for buying a Videocon LCD was in shambles after I saw such a poor response from both the dealer.
You may want to take this feedback forward with the concerned people.
Thanks,
Vipul
