I Madhukar Kumawat, one of customer who has purchased few electronic items from your
Hadapsar, Pune store on 01/03/2209, worth Rs 65K + , Expecting good quality
products & after sales customer service.
From the list one of product LCD TV (Moserbaer) is under warantee, despite several
calls made to your Hadapsar location & cocern Moserbaer dealer, the said TV set is
not yet getting repaired from last 10 + days. Which makes me very uncomfortable.
Moserbaer representative visited my home for 3-4 times just to collect proper part
number & sr number of unit. No fruitful action is resulted so far.
If your team is unable to attend the complaints or unable to register complaints in
time, How you are going to support increaisng customer base.
I want one of your sensible representative to attend this immediately & resolve the
issue on top priority.
For minor part of the LCT TV units, a customer has to go thru' the uncomfortness,
which is not right. No responsible person is giving correct committment neither from
CROME nor from Moserbaer.
Hope the action will be taken seriously & attended immediately. Also Hope, that you
will focus on customer service & regular followup on atleast "open complaints".
