We had bought a Samsung 21" T.V recently and were assured about a gift. We had to receive a Iron Box as a gift. However its been more than six months, that we received the gift. Whenever we call up the dealer or the Samsungs Customer relations manager, The question is not about the gift, it is fooling the customers to buy their products by advertising false offers. I just need to ask you what are my chances if I put in case against the dealer or the company in the consumer court. I also want to know where to file a complaint
