I bought Hyundai LCD TV on 16 Sep 2008 thinking that Hyundai is a reliable name. I gifted this TV set to my Dad who took the same to Rajapur. The TV worked fine for only a month after a month it just stopped working. With all the effort and thinking the service guy will be able to fix the TV he took it to Kolhapur Hyundai Service centre (Which I believe is also a Videocon service Centre).

But the Service guy was not able to fix the problem for approx 1.5 to 2 months. He stated that the spare is not available.

So I asked my Dad to bring back the TV to Mumbai.

I logged a fresh complaint on 05 Feb 2009 after which the service technician arrived once, he said the spare is not available. He never returned again.

So I have logged Second complaint this also the same story repeated.
