I have purchase videocon color television on this 11 oct 2008. But after some time some red & green colored spot show on the left side of the screen. After so many times I called on the customer services but they people are not taking it seriously they send those engineers who don’t have proper equipments and even don’t have enough idea about the issue. so please solve my problem in priority level.

Rather that focussing on big shots as its brand ambasadoor , it should fous in improving quality, i have used its product and it is worst that chinees product in quality.,

Set Sir, VW We have Purchased a Lg Colour Television (model: 29FC81VW) from m/s " New Berco Electornics ", Sector - 10, Dwarka on 13th jan 2005.after using TV set we have found some problem in sound, 1) picture is flickring. 2) On high volume, picture is flicked more & Some black patch is to noticed on side of the screen. 3) External signal interference on game mode. 4) One of the Game is not According to the Game Manual.
